Welcome to the Lower Columbia Q Center

The Lower Columbia Q Center (LCQC) is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Resource Center providing outreach, education, and charity for the 2SLGBTQIA+ Community and allies of the Lower Columbia Region of Oregon and Washington since 2015

Office Hours are Monday - Thursday, 10a - 3p.

The Lower Columbia Q Center provides:

  • A safe physical space for 2SLGBTQIA+ teens and adults to build community and receive support

  • Social Media Presence for community building and awareness

  • Free Gender Affirming Clothing, Hygiene, and Personal Health Products. For privacy and safety, please call or email to make an appointment, or to request specific items.

  • Gender Affirming Financial Support

  • Scholarships for Youth and Adults

  • Emergency Financial Aid Support

  • Local and statewide affirming resources for 2SLGBTQIA+ and allies

  • Peer-Support and Public Service Community Partner Support Groups

  • Educational resources and opportunities, such as monthly community workshops and organizational 2SLGBTQIA+ training and support; books; movies, and events

  • Book Clubs and Family Storytime Events

  • Supportive resources for 2SLGBTQIA+ folks and allies. Call or email if you have questions

  • Advocacy across organizations, including Columbia Memorial Hospital and OHSU Knight Cancer Collaborative, Clatsop Behavioral Health, Clatsop Public Health, and others.

  • Opportunities for volunteers to get involved and celebrate Queer community.
